Session Fees
$175 for one-hour sessions
$90 for 30-minute sessions
Sliding Scale available
SLiding SCale Available
I offer a sliding scale option that allows you and me to negotiate fees.
I am not paneled with any insurance but do offer a superbill. If the superbill and sliding scale options are not a proper fit for your financial needs, one way to save money is to have biweekly or monthly sessions.
Frequency of Sessions
I cannot answer this question without meeting with you first and exploring your story with you. The frequency of sessions depends on your mental needs and financial ability. A decision will only be made once you are comfortable with the decision.
Stages of Therapy
beginning stages
The beginning stages of therapy start by establishing how therapy can help you achieve your personal or relational goals and the obstacles keeping you or the relationship from achieving those goals.
**However, this does not mean that every session needs to be oriented toward the original plan. We can discuss what you or the relationship needs to discuss.
Life isn't rigid, and neither should therapy
Later stages
Once the goals are set, a plan will be collaboratively implemented and modified to meet your or the relationship’s goals. Progress and change will be monitored to help solidify learning experiences and change.
During this stage, one can observe that they are achieving their goals. However, this does not come with some mental or emotional obstacles. Change is great, but change is new. Sometimes, new can be scary or uncomfortable. In this stage, we will closely monitor any mental or emotional discomfort or difficulties.
Ending Stages
I have observed that my clients move relatively quickly through these stages. Once the goals are met, we will discuss ending the theraputic services, changing the frequency, or finding new goals. This decision is up to you or the relationship.
-
With this option, we will discuss how you or the relationship will continue to maintain your goals. However, this does not mean that I cannot be your therapist in the future.
-
Once their goals, my client's tend to take breaks in between each sessions to save money, for check-ins, or for maintenance. Frequency options are (but not limited to):
Weekly
Biweekly
Monthly
Quarterly

If you are wanting to make new goals then we will go back to the beginning stages of therapy with a new found hope.
